Client Success Representative

At PropFuel, we believe that engaging a group of people requires a strong connection with individuals. With our Conversational Engagement platform, we’re helping associations turn their broadcast communications into two-way conversations. Can you help?

As a Client Success Rep, you’ll be working with PropFuel clients all the way from onboarding and helping them with their first few conversational engagement campaigns to ensuring our more experienced clients are maximizing the value of the PropFuel Software platform to connect with their members.

You can expect to:
  • Learn more than you ever thought you would know about how associations work
  • Become an expert in “Member Engagement” by getting involved in industry learning events and speaking with client membership and marketing teams
  • Deliver a consultative coaching experience for our clients, helping them figure out how to maximize the benefits of the PropFuel platform to meet their specific needs
  • Troubleshoot problems when clients need your guidance
  • Develop and help implement creative solutions to Membership/Marketing client problems
  • Have a good time getting to know our clients personally and professionally

You will focus on:
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Manage the process of helping clients connect PropFuel to other systems through connectors/integrations
  • Helping and consulting with clients on conversational engagement tactics to drive member acquisition, retention and lapsed member win backs
  • Training and coaching clients to self-sufficiency with our software
  • Figuring out more efficient methods for bringing clients up to speed
  • Developing a process for keeping track of client progress and help re-engage  inactive clients to ensure low churn
  • Managing quarterly check-ins with established clients

You should apply if:
  • You have 5+ years of professional experience
  • You are tech savvy
  • You enjoy client-facing work
  • You are a critical thinker and can solve problems independently
  • You work well in an unstructured environment

It's a bonus if you have:
  • An understanding of the Association vertical
  • Prior experience working for a software company
