Role Overview

We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our quickly growing team. In this role, you will support our multi-faceted marketing effort to increase leads, brand awareness and thought leadership for PropFuel in the association industry. If you have digital marketing experience and are familiar with SaaS, you could be the perfect candidate!

You can expect to:

  • Learn more about the world of associations than you ever thought you would know.
  • Become an expert in the concept of conversational engagement.
  • Manage the little details, from scheduling webinars to ordering marketing materials for events.
  • Gain an understanding and working knowledge of SaaS marketing.
  • Grow your expertise in the association and technology markets

You will focus on:

  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing in managing day-to-day department operations, such as lead generation tactics, event planning (in person and virtual), content development and publishing, website management and optimization, data management and reporting, and social media management.
  • Supporting the revenue team (sales + marketing) with the development and editing of marketing materials for sales, events and presentations. 
  • Working with external partners on webinar, project and event development, scheduling and promotion.
  • Coordinating with external event hosts and vendors to fulfill exhibitor, sponsorship and speaking needs (digital and other assets).
  • Assisting in our continuous work to refine the PropFuel brand, market strategy and messaging.
  • Preparing reports, metrics, campaign results and other data to measure department success.
  • Utilizing PropFuel, Hubspot, Salesforce, Webflow and other company technologies daily for marketing functions and communicating with our team internally.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Client Success and Development teams on innovative ideas to build relationships with prospects and highlight client successes.
  • Discovering new ideas, best practices, industry trends and events, content strategies, etc.

You should apply if you have:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience using Hubspot or comparable marketing automation software.
  • Experience and proficiency with tools such as: WebFlow, Google Apps, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - you should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
  • Ability to successfully perform your role independently - comfortable in a small, unstructured environment with ambiguous and constantly evolving market feedback.
  • 100% remote position - ability to work remotely successfully.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • B2B, SaaS or association experience.
