Introducing Contact Information Collection for Website Visitors

Our new feature allows you to identify anonymous visitors and capture their contact information—right from your site. Here’s how it works:

✅ Show Prompts to the Right People

Let’s say you want to display a prompt on your Programs page encouraging visitors to sign up for your newsletter. With PropFuel, you can easily set conditions so that the message only shows on a specific URL and only to anonymous users. No need to nudge people you’ve already identified—we’ve got you covered.

✅ Ask for Contact Info—The Right Way

You could ask for open-text responses, but PropFuel’s new contact information question type ensures the platform recognizes and processes the data correctly. You can:

  • Collect full name and business email
  • Customize field labels
  • Seamlessly create new contact records in your PropFuel account

✅ Automate the Follow-Up

‍Once a visitor shares their info, it’s go time:

  • They’re automatically tagged (e.g., as a “WebContact”)
  • They’re added to a pre-built PropFuel nurture campaign
  • You can send a sequence of personalized emails to keep them engaged

Cameron Aubuchon is PropFuel's Chief Technology Officer, leading the product and development efforts for our Conversational Engagement platform. Prior to co-founding PropFuel in 2017, Cameron worked alongside Dave at Peach New Media, serving as CTO until selling to Abila in 2015. Cameron graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Computational Media, and has spent his entire career in the association software space.

He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Jessica, and 3 young children. If he is not at his desk, you can find him chasing his kids around, in the school carpool line or playing a round of golf.
