Kay spent several years in professional associations focused on membership and events, then moved into the federal government working in financial and management analysis.

She's thrilled to be back in the association world as a Client Success Manager, where she can help associations improve the way they communicate with their members.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in English Language and Literature, she is a proud Terp. Kay lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband, three sons, and cat. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and going to live music events.
